Please note that all sales of our chocolate products are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns. This is because the quality and taste of our chocolates are at their prime when they leave our premises, and returning them could compromise their freshness and taste.

Why we cannot accept returns comes down to various important themes starting with (A) Freshest Delicacies; our chocolates are handcrafted with the utmost care to ensure their superior taste and quality. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its freshness and the stringent conditions required for its preservation. Moreover, with (B) Temperature Control; chocolate is a delicate creation that can be affected by temperature variations during transit. Due to this sensitivity, we are unable to accept returns as we cannot ensure that the proper conditions have been maintained. (C) Hygiene & Safety; for the safety and well-being of our customers, we uphold the highest standards of hygiene. Once a product leaves our premises, we cannot verify its handling, ensuring that it meets our strict quality control measures. (D) Personalized Touch; as many of our creations are made-to-order or personalized, making them unique to each customer’s preferences. As a result, these products are not suitable for return or resale. (E) Ethical Sourcing; we prioritize ethical sourcing of our ingredients, which includes considering environmental impact. Unfortunately, returning products might not align with our sustainability efforts. (F) Our Dedication to Customer Satisfaction; while we cannot accept returns, we remain fully committed to your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage during transit or errors in customization, please contact our customer support team within a day of receiving your package. We will work diligently to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution. Once your order has been fulfilled, we regret to inform you that cancellation and return requests will not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order has not been fulfilled, we will process your cancellation request promptly. However, once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
