Personalized Message Policy

At Chocolate and Chocolates, we take pride in offering customized, personalized message chocolates to make your special moments even sweeter. However, to maintain a positive and respectful experience for all customers, we have established the following guidelines regarding personalized messages on chocolates.

1. Acceptable Messages

Customers are welcome to personalize their chocolates with names, dates, emojis, and meaningful messages that celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other joyful events.

2. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit the use of any obscene, offensive, or inappropriate language in customized messages. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Profanity & Vulgarity: Any form of curse words, sexually explicit language, or vulgar expressions.
  • Hate Speech: Any language promoting discrimination, hate, or violence based on race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Threatening or Harassing Messages: Any content that includes threats, harassment, intimidation, or any form of abuse.
  • Political or Controversial Statements: We do not allow political messages, slogans, or controversial statements that could be considered divisive.
  • Illegal or Unethical Content: Any messages that encourage illegal activities, substance abuse, or unethical behavior.
  • Defamatory or False Statements: Messages that include false information about individuals or entities that could be considered defamatory.

3. Right to Refuse Customization

Chocolate and Chocolates reserves the right to reject any order that includes a personalized message that violates this policy. If an order is rejected for inappropriate content, we will notify the customer and offer the following options:

  • Modify the message to comply with our guidelines.
  • Cancel the order and issue a refund (subject to our refund policy).

4. Automatic Order Cancellation

If a customer repeatedly attempts to submit inappropriate messages despite warnings, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By placing an order for customized chocolates, the customer agrees that Chocolate and Chocolates is not responsible for any unintended interpretations, miscommunications, or disputes arising from the content of personalized messages. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their messages comply with our policy and applicable laws.

6. Amendments to This Policy

Chocolate and Chocolates reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or customer feedback. The latest version of this policy will always be available on our website.
